The Kingdom of God

If biblical prophecy has already been fulfilled, what are believers hoping for today? Fulfilled prophecy does not leave us without hope. It gives us a present hope rooted in Christ, His finished work, His abiding presence, and a Kingdom that has no end. Our hope is not that Jesus will someday become King, but that He reigns now and His Kingdom continues to bring life, restoration, righteousness, and transformation to the world.

For generations, many Christians have been taught that the world must grow darker and more wicked until Jesus returns. But is that really the picture Scripture gives us? The Bible presents a Kingdom that grows, advances, and fills the earth. Instead of waiting for darkness to win, perhaps it is time to rediscover the victorious hope of Christ’s Kingdom and the increasing influence of His reign.
